Northern Lights Confections is a family owned and operated business.  When you hire us for live spinning or prepackaged cotton candy you actually get us doing the work.  Our family are our employees, and we take great pride in our business.

So how did it all begin?  In the summer of 2020 during the height of the pandemic our kids came to us asking if we could buy fresh, fluffy cotton candy from somewhere.  But where were we going to get it?  No fairs, no amusement parks, just mass-produced cotton candy from a factory.  With so much disappointment already from the pandemic we purchased a cotton candy machine to make for our kids and family friends.  It was an absolute hit!

Over the next several years we perfected our spinning techniques and tested new flavors and flavor combinations.  As word got out people began asking us to live spin at their events and provide prepacked cotton candy as party favors.  A business was born!
